BlueLeap defines a service as a discrete inventory item within our application that represents a step in the business process. This can be an AI service, a connector into Facebook Messenger and/or a connector into a CRM.

Data that is processed by a board flow and the discrete services within it that result in a business outcome. For example, customer data received from a mobile interface, processed by sentiment analysis (AI) and image recognition (AI) and delivered and prioritized for an agent based on sentiment would be one transaction.
